Terms and Conditions

There is an hourly charge of £10 per hour for use of the studio at Stirling University

A £20 deposit is required at time of booking to secure your party date & time. Payments can be made by cheque made payable to: Rocking Rascals or you can pay via Paypal on the Save your date page

Please confirm party guest numbers 3 days before your party and please note that this is the minimum number of children that you will be billed for

Rocking Rascals is not responsible for last minute cancellations and no-shows

*The outstanding balance can be paid by cheque before the party or cheque on the day to your Rocking Rascals entertainer. So that your entertainer can concentrate purely on entertaining the children, we do prefer if the majority of the balance was paid before your party.

A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged if you cancel your party entertainment after booking. We are more than happy to reschedule to a later date to avoid charging a cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 7 days of the party date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

We don’t charge for siblings under the age of 3 as long as there are no more than 5 attending. Please do let us know how many are coming so we can add a couple more sandwiches onto the platters.

The costs quoted are inclusive of a travelling distance for a 30 mile round trip from Linlithgow. For distances greater than 30 miles mileage rates of 40p per mile apply.
